A Provisional REALTOR® Membership is granted immediately upon completion of the 3 steps.

Complete the required Indoctrination Course within 30 days of receiving the links for the two online portions of the Indoctrination class or membership may be terminated.

The REALTOR® Member Application Fee is $300.00.

If the application process, including payment of all fees and dues is not completed within 30 days of affiliation with a member firm, the applicant shall pay a $25.00 reactivation fee. If the REALTOR® Membership Application process is not completed within 30 days of affiliation with a member firm, the applicant shall forfeit the application fee. The applicant must then begin the process again.

Please be aware of the following policy: Members who fail to complete the New Member Indoctrination Course with in
30 days of receiving the links will be assessed a $35 fee.

Provisional members are considered REALTORS® and are subject to all of the same privileges and obligations of membership. Provisional membership is granted subject to subsequent review of the application by the Board of Directors. If the Board of Directors determines that the individual does not meet all of the qualifications for membership as established in the Association Bylaws or if all of the requirements for membership are not satisfied membership may be terminated at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
