This committee determines and reviews the annual budget, meets quarterly to determine budgeting changes, oversees financial obligations and is responsible for strengthening the Association's financial resources. REALTOR® member for 3 years and financial background or experience preferred.

This committee is comprised of REALTOR® and Affiliate Members, and plans and implements REALTOR® member networking, community outreach events and forums.

This committee is comprised of REALTORS® and Affiliates and will develop curriculum for VPAR. Members should have teaching experience.

The committee members may participate in the Grievance and Hearing Panels and the committee will coordinate professional standards education for the membership. REALTOR® members must be in good standing for 3 years and attend the annual Professional Standards Training.
