OFFICER Candidate – 2021 President Elect (1 Year Term)
Teresa Cline – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Towne Realty
Hi, I am a former US Army Officer, transferring here from Germany about 1993, and just stayed. I like it here. Originally from a small farming community in Illinois, Astoria Illinois, which at the time I left, had about 402 houses. My senior class had 55 students. I received my B.S. Degree from Western Illinois University, the “Fighting Leathernecks” where I won a Scholarship from the Military Science Department. I worked for the ROTC department during school and one of my jobs was calling all incoming freshmen. Why? to get them to take Military Science 101. Receiving my commission into the Signal Corps, I started my Army Career, with my first duty assignment in Georgia. During my time in the ARMY besides Platoon Leader and XO, I was Training OIC at Battalion, Military Intelligence BSO, worked in several S-3 Shops(operations) and volunteered with moral and welfare for specific tasks as well. I still enjoy teaching and training. I enjoy helping new agents find themselves in this industry. I’ve been a REALTOR for over 20 years serving on many committees; to include Risk Management, Public Policy, and Professional Standards. I’ve worked in 4 separate firms: Cale and Company, William E Wood , Liz Moore, and Berkshire Hathaway Towne. I was William E Woods Rookie of the year, my first year. and won outstanding salesman ship award each following year. I’ve held a Real Estate Instructor License since 2008 and my Associate Broker license since 2002.
